These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 33rs platform — including the casino, sportsbook, slots, live dealer games, and all related services. In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or any other means — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
2.3 Accurate Information. Players must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent times. This includes full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 Single Active Account. If a Player's account is suspended or closed by 33rs under these Terms, that Player may not register a new account without obtaining explicit prior written consent from 33rs customer support. Any account opened in contravention of this clause may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.
2.5 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 33rs will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account caused by the Player's failure to keep credentials secure. Players must notify 33rs immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of their Account.
3.1 Verification Requirement. All Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals can be processed. KYC is also required where 33rs has reason to suspect the accuracy of account information, potential fraud, or money laundering activity, regardless of whether a withdrawal has been requested.

3.4 Failure to Verify. If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request or of a formal KYC request from 33rs, the platform reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawal processing, or close the Account in accordance with Section 9.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the 33rs platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. 33rs does not apply currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to clear depending on the sending institution. 33rs is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 33rs during standard business hours. Processing times vary by payment method but 33rs aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within two (2) to five (5) business days. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
4.5 Same Method Policy. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
4.6 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Player's Account. These limits may be adjusted at 33rs's discretion, including for enhanced due diligence purposes.
4.7 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name are not permitted. Any deposit received from a third-party payment source may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
5.1 Promotion Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 33rs platform are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated in the applicable promotional terms; failure to do so will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the account without compensation.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the 33rs platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the applicable promotional terms. Wagering on certain games, markets, or bet types may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. 33rs reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds — and any winnings derived from them — where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotional terms, only one bonus offer may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before a new bonus can be applied.
5.6 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 33rs reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted and in progress under valid terms will be honoured to its natural completion.
6.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the 33rs sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook interface and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any ambiguity, the published sport-specific rules shall govern the settlement of bets.
6.2 Cricket Betting. Given the significance of cricket — including PSL, ICC tournaments, and domestic T20 leagues — to the 33rs player base, cricket betting rules are detailed separately within the sportsbook rules section. Key principles include: matches abandoned without a result will be settled as void unless a minimum number of overs has been completed as specified in the applicable rules; in-play bets accepted after an event outcome has effectively been determined may be voided at 33rs's discretion.
6.3 Palpable Errors. 33rs reserves the right to void any bet accepted as a result of a palpable error — including an obviously incorrect price, a market opened on incorrect data, or a technical fault resulting in acceptance of bets at erroneous odds. Players will be refunded the stake for any voided bet under this clause.
6.4 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are stated within the sportsbook interface. Where a Player's potential winnings exceed the applicable maximum payout, the bet will be accepted but settlement will be capped at the published maximum.
6.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from independently audited providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information panel. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform and no adjustments will be made after the fact except in cases of verified technical error.
6.6 Live Casino Rules. Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment in the studio environment and are final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the hand or round result will be determined by the outcome recorded at the studio. Where a round cannot be determined, affected bets will be refunded.

9.1 Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their 33rs Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
9.2 Suspension by 33rs. 33rs reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice if there is reason to believe that the Account is involved in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7, that the Player has provided false information, that the Account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, or that suspension is required for regulatory or legal compliance purposes.
9.3 Closure by 33rs. 33rs may permanently close an Account where a serious or repeated breach of these Terms is established, where a Player is confirmed to be under the minimum age, where the Account is associated with financial crime, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory risk to the platform. In cases of Account closure for cause, 33rs reserves the right to retain account balances pending investigation or, where fraud is established, to forfeit those balances.
9.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 33rs will notify the Player at the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account terms and any applicable administrative fee will be communicated in the dormancy notice.
10.1 Platform Availability. 33rs does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 33rs's control may result in temporary unavailability. 33rs will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33rs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity, even if 33rs has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
10.3 Maximum Liability. Where 33rs is found liable to a Player under these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of 33rs shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's PKR Wallet at the time the claim arises, except in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by 33rs.
10.4 Third-Party Services. The 33rs platform integrates third-party software and services, including game providers, payment processors, and streaming technology. 33rs is not liable for failures, errors, or losses attributable to third-party services where 33rs has exercised reasonable care in selecting and monitoring those providers.
11.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the 33rs platform — including the 33rs brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, written content, game presentations, and software — is either owned by or licensed to 33rs. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right, title, or interest in any 33rs intellectual property.
11.2 Permitted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 33rs platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any 33rs content without prior written authorisation.
11.3 Prohibited Use. Players must not scrape, copy, frame, or mirror any part of the 33rs platform; use 33rs trademarks or branding without written permission; or represent themselves as affiliated with or endorsed by 33rs in any context.
12.1 Right to Amend. 33rs reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, 33rs will provide notice to Players via the registered email address or via an in-account notification.
12.2 Continued Use. Continued use of the 33rs platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If a Player does not agree to an amendment, they should cease using the platform and contact 33rs support to request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.1.
12.3 Governing Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.
12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
